FOSTER -->

We are always in need of foster families. Foster families keep a dog in their home until he or she finds an adoptive family. MWR provides the dog's vet care, crate, leash/collar, and food while a foster family gives the dog a safe place to live, lots of love, and even more belly rubs. Foster families literally save a dog who would otherwise be at risk of going to a shelter or potentially even being put to sleep. It's a rewarding experience and foster families also get priority in adopting their foster dog. If you'd like to foster, start by filling out the Foster Application in the link above!

Perhaps you're not in a position to foster a dog, but one on our website speaks to you. You can help by sponsoring the care of that one dog. When a pup comes to our rescue, we make sure they are fully vetted. This means they are spayed/neutered (if needed for dogs over 6 months of age), up to date on vaccines, teeth are cleaned (if needed), heartworm tested, groomed, and any medical needs are attended to. The cost of this exceeds the adoption donation we charge when placing a dog in their new home.  If you would like to help offset these costs, please donate and add the name of the dog you are helping in the note section in PayPal.
