Adoption Information
Thank you for your interest in adopting from Midwest Wheaten Rescue! Our goal is to adopt loving Wheatens, to responsible, loving, permanent homes. We would appreciate your help in filling out the Adoption Application below, so we may find out more about you and your family. Please answer EVERY question, as it saves time in processing.
Midwest Wheaten Rescue's standard Adoption Fee ranges from $200-$400, which includes vaccinations, heartworm check, teeth cleaning (if needed), altering (if over 6 months of age) and grooming. We always prefer to have the adopting family pick up their Wheaten in person, however we understand that exceptions might happen. If shipping is required, the following fees will be in addition to the Adoption Fee: $175.00 air fare, $40.00 crate and $35.00 for the health certificate. The crate, health certificate and airfare are not refundable.
Once your application is approved...
If you have already been approved and are in the process of Adoption, please click on this link to fill out an Adoption Contract. Please note this is a legally binding document. Please complete the Adoption Contract in its entirety, sign, and mail it to the address on top of the form.
